Hahahah! I "watched" the video and for a 1st time effort, it is really not bad.
Katie, if you look at the right hand side of your Youtube page, you will see Embed and then the box with the code. Cut and paste the html code by switching your blog post from compose mode to html. Try it a few times for size.If it is too big, then change the size (eg width=? and height=?) Let me know if you need more help.
Go to "embed" and copy the entire html. When you copy and paste it in add html you won't see the video when you preview, but it will post.
